Founded by Robert Grant in 2002 as an outlet for the knowledge he accumulated in the business world since graduating college in 1988. Mainly as a free service to friends who are starting their own business or currently running their business. In 2003 he began learning and applying the Business coaching method in his business endeavors. By 2005 he began teaching this method as well as other leadership skills. The results that followed were very impressive as the businesses that employed these methods saw increases in productivity as well as a reduction in employee turnover.
